Bulk Edit products

Bulk Edit is the quickest way to change prices or other details for many products at once, using Excel.

Where to find it: Product / Service page → Bulk Edit

1. Click Bulk Edit, then Exports Current Data to download your products as an Excel file.
2. Open the file and change the values you need (for example new sale prices). Don’t change the column headings.
3. Back on the Bulk Edit page, click Choose File, pick your edited Excel file (.xls or .xlsx) and click Save.
4. Use Bulk Import Log to check the result.
