Email and WhatsApp message templates

Templates set the default subject and message used when you send a document or a reminder, so every message carries your own wording.

Where to find it: Settings → Email & Whatsapp Templates (Premium)

1. Pick the document or message type.
2. Edit the subject and message. Click Click here at the top to see the dynamic tags (such as the customer name, document number and amount) that are filled in automatically.
3. Save.
