Email Options: send through your own mail account

By default, Billing Saathi sends emails for you. Email Options lets you send them through your own mail account instead, so they come from your domain.

Where to find it: Settings → Email Options

1. Switch on Send Email via SMTP or API.
2. Choose the Email Protocol: SMTP, Gmail App Password, Yahoo App Password, Gmail Auth 2.0 or Microsoft Auth 2.0.
3. Fill the details for that protocol — for SMTP: encryption (TLS / SSL / None), host, port, username and password; for an app password: your email address and the 16-character app password.
4. Click Send Test Email to check it works.

Under Email Notifications you can add a Cc or Bcc address for all manual emails. The Email Log lists sent emails and their status.
