These reports cover the documents that are not sale or purchase invoices.
Other Documents (all documents in one list)
Where to find it: Report ▾ → Other Documents
Choose the Document Type (all, or Quotation, Proforma Invoice, Sale Order, Purchase Order, Delivery Challan, Packing List, Credit Note, Debit Note, Job Work), the Status and the dates, or search by document number or party. The result shows Date, Type, Doc #, Party, Status, Amount and Notes. Use Print or Download Excel (CSV).
Other Document report
Where to find it: Report ▾ → Other Document
A detailed register for one Report Type at a time (Quotation, Proforma, Delivery Challan, Packing List, Sale Order, Purchase Order, Credit Note, Debit Note…) with filters for party, products, group, staff, document number, status and series, plus Customize Report for columns.
Other Document Product report
Where to find it: Report ▾ → Other Document Product
Product-wise totals for a document type — for example how much of each product you quoted this month. Group by title, HSN/SAC code, product group or customer.
Manufacture register
Where to find it: Report ▾ → Manufacture
