Activity Log
The Activity Log is a record of what happens in your business account: logins, documents created, changed or deleted, settings updates and more. It helps you check who did what, and when.
Where to find it: Settings → Activity Log (Premium)
- Each row shows the User, the Action, the Date and a Reference such as the document number.
- The newest activity is at the top. Click Show more to load older entries.
Tip: For a record of every change made to documents, switch on Enable audit trail logs in General Options. For sign-ins by device and location, see Login & Security.
