How can we help?
Bank and UPI details (QR code on invoices)
Add your bank account so customers know where to pay. With a UPI ID, a QR code can be printed on the invoice so customers can pay by scanning it with any UPI app.
Where to find it: Settings → Bank Details
Add a bank
- Click New Bank Details.
- Fill Account Name, Bank Name, Bank IFSC, Account Number and Branch Name. Swift Code and MICR code are optional.
- Enter your UPI ID (for example yourshop@okbank) to print a QR code.
- Under Bank Print Options, tick Print UPI QR on invoice, and UPI QR on invoice with Amount if the QR should carry the bill amount so the customer doesn’t have to type it.
- Click Save.
Choose the bank on a bill
If you have more than one bank, choose which one to print in the Bank box when you create an invoice, or hide bank details for that bill. Create a sale invoice
Before deleting a bank: deleting a bank account here removes its details from your existing invoices, and this cannot be undone. Beneficiary name, Swift code and similar details can also be added in the notes when you add the bank.
