Import products from a file

Bring your whole catalogue in at once from a spreadsheet.

Where to find it: Product / Service ▾ → Product / Service → Import

Prepare your file

• Save your sheet as a CSV file (or use a JSON file).
• Row 1 must hold the column names (any case, spaces or underscores are fine).
• Only name is required.
• Columns you can use: name, hsn_code, unit, rate (sale price), purchase_rate, gst_rate, stock_qty, min_stock (low-stock alert) and barcode.

Import

1. Click Import.
2. Choose or drag in your file. Check the preview of the first rows.
3. Click Start Import and wait for the progress to finish.
