Switch financial year or view All Data
The F.Y. button in the top bar (for example F.Y. 2026-2027) chooses which financial year you are looking at. A financial year runs from 1 April to 31 March.
Change the year
- Click the F.Y. ▾ button in the top bar.
- Pick a year, or choose All Data to remove the year filter.
- The page reloads and your lists, reports and dashboard now show that year only.
Nothing is deleted. The year selector only filters what you see. Switch back at any time. Your choice is remembered in this browser.
Can’t find an old invoice? Check the F.Y. selector first — documents from another year are hidden until you choose that year or All Data.
