Shipping labels and envelopes

Print a shipping label or an envelope for an invoice, with the customer’s address, your from-address and delivery instructions.

Where to find it: invoice row ▾ → Envelope / Shipping Label. Options are in Settings → Shipping & Envelope Options.

Shipping Options

Choose what the shipping label shows: document details, item details, delivery instruction, contact person name, contact number, from details, product note, item amount and row total. Set the Title (for example DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS) and the default Instruction text, such as Fragile — this side up.

Envelope Options

Choose whether the envelope shows the contact number and your from details.
