Choose a print template
A print template is the layout of your printed or PDF document. You can choose a different template for each document type, for example a detailed GST layout for invoices and a thermal layout for counter bills.
Where to find it: Settings → Print Template (Premium)
- Under Select Document Type, click the document you want to change: Sale Invoice, Delivery Challan, Quotation, Proforma, Purchase Order, Sale Order, Job Work, Credit Note, Debit Note, Purchase Invoice, Multi Currency Invoice, payment receipts, expenses, letters, packing lists, service requests or manufacture.
- Click the template you like. Each card shows a preview.
- Click Save.
Sale invoice templates
| Template 1–4 | Default, Detailed GST, Modern Compact and Detailed GST (boxed) — A4 tax invoices. |
| Template 5 | A5 Compact — half-page bills. |
| Template 6–11 | Modern, Vintage, MRP + Discount, Landscape, Compact and Wholesale Pharmacy (Teal). |
| Template 12–14 | Thermal Receipt, Thermal Bill (Boxed) and Thermal Bill (Mart) — for 80 mm receipt printers. |
The template you save is used every time you print, download or share that type of document. Fine-tune what appears on it in Print Options.
Tip: For a quick counter bill on a receipt printer you can also use Thermal Print in the invoice preview. Print and share an invoice
