Product / Service Groups

Product groups bundle similar items together — for example Mobiles, Accessories, Repairs — so you can filter invoices and reports by group.

Where to find it: Product / Service ▾ → Product / Service Group

Create a group

1. Click + Add New, enter the group name and save.
2. To put products in the group, edit each product and choose it in Product Group (or click + Add Product Group right there to create a new one).

Where groups are used

• The Product Group filter on invoice, quotation and order lists.
• Reports such as Sales, Purchase, Sale/Purchase Product Report (including Group Product By → Product Group), Product Report and Stock Report.

Use Search on the group page to find a group, and the list’s Edit and Delete actions to change or remove one.
