A section shows a lock or an Upgrade window
On the Free plan, Premium sections show a small lock, and clicking one opens the Upgrade window naming the feature. Nothing is wrong with your account — the section is simply part of Premium.

Unlock them

Just upgraded but still locked? Reload the page (Ctrl + Shift + R) or log out and in again. If it is still locked, contact support with your payment details.
