Print or PDF window doesn’t open

Printing and PDFs open in a new window. If nothing happens, or you see “Pop-up blocked — please allow pop-ups to print”, your browser is blocking the window.

Allow pop-ups for Billing Saathi

• Chrome / Edge: click the blocked pop-up icon at the right end of the address bar, choose Always allow pop-ups and redirects from app.billingsaathi.com, then click Done.
• Firefox: click Options (or Preferences) on the yellow bar under the address bar and choose Allow pop-ups for app.billingsaathi.com.
• Safari (Mac): Safari → Settings → Websites → Pop-up Windows, and set app.billingsaathi.com to Allow.
• Phone: allow pop-ups in the browser’s site settings, or use the download option and open the PDF.

Then click Print or Download PDF again.

Still not printing?

• In the print window, check the printer and the paper size (A4, A5 or 80 mm for thermal).
• Turn on Background graphics in the print settings if colours or the logo are missing.
• Try another template in Print Template.
