Share documents on WhatsApp
Sharing on WhatsApp is the quickest way to send a bill. Billing Saathi opens WhatsApp with the customer’s number and a ready message that includes a link to view and download the document. It is available on every plan.
Send a document
- Save the invoice (or quotation, challan, order…) and open its preview with View / Print.
- Click WhatsApp.
- WhatsApp opens with the customer’s mobile number and the message. Check it and press Send.
The customer taps the link to see the document and download the PDF — they don’t need a Billing Saathi account.
WhatsApp Web, app or direct
In Settings → WhatsApp Options choose Send Via WhatsApp Web / App (WhatsApp opens on your computer or phone and you press Send) or Send Via Direct WhatsApp. The Whatsapp Log on the same page lists messages sent.
Tips: Save the customer’s mobile number with the country code so WhatsApp finds the right chat. On a computer, stay logged in to WhatsApp Web in the same browser for one-click sending. To ask for an unpaid amount, send a payment reminder.
