Stock Report and Product movement report

The Stock Report shows how much of each product you have on a date and what it is worth. The Product Report shows every movement in and out of a product.

Stock Report

Where to find it: Report ▾ → Stock Report

1. Choose the Report type: Stock Report, or Stock FIFO Report to value stock by purchase lots.
2. Optionally choose products or a product group, the Stock As on Date, and a minimum / maximum stock range (for example max 5 to find low stock).
3. Tick Show Sell Value, Show Purchase Value and/or Show Value Including Tax to see stock value, and Hide product with zero stock to shorten the list.
4. Click Search.

Product Report (Product Movement Register)

Where to find it: Report ▾ → Product Report

1. Choose the products or product group and the dates.
2. Optionally choose a Transaction Type, and tick Show Stock adjusted only or Group Record By Product.
3. Click Search to see each sale, purchase and adjustment that moved the product’s stock.
