Free plan vs Premium
Every Billing Saathi account starts on the Free plan, which you can keep using for as long as you like. Premium unlocks the extra sections a growing business needs.

Included on the Free plan
- Sale and purchase invoices with GST
- Customers, vendors, products and services
- Stock / inventory
- Payment receipts (inward and outward payments)
- Sharing on WhatsApp
Unlocked with Premium
- The Expenses tab: Daily Expense, Other Income and Salary
- The Other Documents tab: Letters, Proforma, Job Work, Manufacture, Multi-Currency Invoice, Service Request, Ledger and more
- The Report tab: sales and purchase registers, GST Report, GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, GSTR-3B, cashbook, day book, profit reports, stock reports, e-way bills and more
- Settings: Print Template, Design Custom Header, Shipping & Envelope Options, Translation Options, Email & WhatsApp Templates, Payment Reminder, Export Data and Activity Log
- Higher limits on items per document and documents per year
The Membership page always shows the latest full comparison and limits.
How locked features look: on the Free plan, Premium tabs and settings show a small lock. Clicking one opens the Upgrade window that tells you which feature it is. Quotations, Sale Orders, Credit Notes, Delivery Challans, Packing Lists, Purchase Orders, Debit Notes and the outstanding pages stay available from the Sale Invoice, Quotations and Purchase Invoice tabs.

What happens when a trial or plan ends?
- Nothing is deleted. All your invoices, customers, products and settings stay in your account.
- You return to the Free plan and Premium sections show the lock again.
- Upgrade or renew at any time and everything is available again straight away. See Upgrade to Premium or renew your plan.
